Wednesday, April 4, 2007 Online referral company Reply! Inc. has closed a $6 million Series B round of funding from San Francisco-based Outlook Ventures, Scale Venture Partners of Foster City, Calif., and former Apple Corp. CFO Debi Coleman, a board member. The funding brings San Ramon, Calif.-based Reply's total capital collected to $23 million, following a $17 million Series A round announced in August 2005 and is intended to further its ability to provide marketing services to locally focused businesses. With the round, Outlook's Randy Haykin joined the six-year-old company's board of directors, as did Reply co-founder John Truchard. Carolyn Murphy
