| Stacey focuses on internet, mobile and
enterprise software, particularly on Scale Venture Partners' investments
in software-as-a-service (SaaS). She led a research project on best
practices for SaaS that resulted in an investment in Omniture (NASDAQ:
OMTR). Stacey has been involved in several of ScaleVP's software
investments, including Frontbridge and Placeware both of which were
acquired by Microsoft.
Stacey joined Scale Venture Partners in 1999, and is a Board Observer at Arena, mBlox and Tripwire. Before ScaleVP, Stacey specialized in mergers and acquisitions in the Corporate Development & Strategy Group at Bank of America, was a member of the Equity Research Group at Morgan Stanley and held sales and marketing responsibilities at Syntel, an IT services firm. Stacey holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from the University of Michigan. |
